Arizona National Parks
Arizona is known throughout the world as home to one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World, the majestic Grand Canyon, located in Grand Canyon National Park.
At more than 200 miles long and 18 miles wide in some points, the Grand Canyon became a National Monument in 1917 and a National Park in 1919. Today, more than 4 million people per year gaze at geological formations that date back millions of years, making Grand Canyon National Park the second most popular National Park in the United States.
